We are selling our two bedroom two bathroom bungalow villa with air-conditioning and central heating. We bought the bungalow in 2003 and have used it for holidays. It has never been rented out.

The "Las Ramblas de Orihuela" golf course is essentially Y-shaped and the bungalow is located inside the fairways with fairway 13 behind and fairway10 and 11 in front (on the leg of the Y).

A five minute walk from the club house (thye new club house is exopected to open in APril 2008) of the famous ravine course it is an ideal location for those planning on a spot of golf, yet it is only ten minutes by car to one of the local beaches. Campoamor golf course is adjacent to Las Ramblas golf course and the well known Villamartin golf course is just a few minutes away. La Manga golf course and many other golf courses are just a short drive away.
